Street Vibrations - Wild Customs - Carson City Harley-Davidson - Flame Job

This was taken in the parking lot of Carson City Harley-Davidson - they put on a parking lot party for those who just want to stop in (or need spare parts on the way to Reno via Carson City).
This Hog had the sweetest flame job I've seen in a long time - I'm partial to deep reds, though.

Ride Report - Sutter Creek Road from Sutter Creek to Volcano, California
A springtime ride through the Sierra Foothills can be scenic, pleasant and challenging at the same time.

Sutter Creek Road: Nice, straight pavement in some parts. This is the part just after you leave Church Street in Sutter Creek.
Heading out of the town of Sutter Creek in Amador County, just off Highway 49, to the unincorporated town of Volcano, via Church Street (which turns into Sutter Creek Road just outside of Sutter Creek), you will encounter a mixture of gentle, cleanly paved sweeping curves, tight and narrow corners, and a few roughly paved sections.

This section, closer to Volcano than the town of Sutter Creek, is narrower and has older, rougher pavement - some sections are rough; use good sense and avoid trouble here.

Sutter Creek Road - 029 - Curves with Hazard

And here's one reason to be cool - on weekends (these photos were shot on a Sunday) there are sure to be a few bicyclists on the road... so take it easy, enjoy the scenery, and the road.
